If you are looking for a 1 bedroom condo with no roads to cross to the beach, this is one you should consider.  Unit # 15 at the Monterey On The Beach Condo/Motel at 17880 Gulf Blvd, Redington Shores has a complete kitchen, a King Bed in the bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.  

The unit has Central Air Conditioning and is only a few steps to the Pool and the Beach.

This is a small complex with only 18 units, all on the ground floor.  Each unit is individually owned and decorated so they are all different.  Some units allow small pets.  The Monterey On The Beach has a nice grass courtyard, a grilling area,  and a large heated pool if you do not want to spend all your time on the beach.  

Unit # 15 has a Three Day Minimum Rental, other units may be different minimums.
